The project starts when Jorge and Mikel got the idea to open a restaurant in the city of Huesca with the aim to offer above signature healthy food, a sensorial experience beyond the gastronomy.
The beauty of the local mountains and parks in the surroundings was a direct inspiration for this healthy lifestyle concept.
Brown and white as well as green tones remind us to the connection with earth of the design.
The imperfect forms are mainly organic and draw a path on the floor like if you were walking through the forest.
Handmade cladded walls and terracotta floorings, together with the seasonable plants, highlight the ‘nature feeling’ inside the space as a direct reference to the food concept.
